Finance Committee

The finance committee oversees all the finances of the Samaj. The committee ensures that the Samaj continues to expand by sensibly managing all funds received. One of the key roles of the committee is to ensure full transparency and accountability. Therefore, each year the committee produces a set of financial statements, which are subsequently audited to ensure reasonable assurance of all the transactions.

The financials are open for scrutiny to any member who wishes to further delve in the Samaj’s financial operations. The finance committee is the heartbeat of the Samaj, for without the required allocation of funds, many of the projects will not be able to be fulfilled. We would like to take this opportunity and thank all our donors who continue to support us on a regular basis and make a further heartfelt plea to members of the community to continue to donate to the organization as we are in regular need of funds to ensure that we are able to continue to serve society.
